Started Eating Mostly Fruit

After watching the Dr. Robert Morse videos, I really wanted to try eating mostly fruit to see how I felt.  Here was day 1:

Feb 14, 2018

  • Breakfast: 2 dragon fruit and a green tea
  • Snack: 1/2 avocado and lots of bananas
  • Lunch: 1.5 fresh coconuts, water and ‘meat’
  • Snack:  as much watermelon as I could eat
  • Dinner: 1.5 pomelo

Over the next few days I added some vegetables in at dinner time.  Tomatoes, cucumber, greens.

I noticed that my stomach would get really bloated and uncomfortable.  My friend Aryana mentioned that this was because my stomach wasn’t used to containing so much fiber and dense nutrition in one meal.  And that the more I ate this way, my stomach would adapt and be able to process high quantities of fruit.  Hmmm!

She sent me this video so that I could see for myself how someone eats like this!  I’m not sure yet if it’s for me, but I’m keeping my mind open.  And it’s cool that this person is currently living in Thailand, and I have easy access to the same fresh fruit in Vietnam!
